diagnostics of optical properties of thin film materials by means of the light transmission/reflection method

diagnostics of electrical properties of thin film materials by means of thermoelectric, d.c. and a.c. current and voltage measurements

investigations of properties of multifunctional thin film nanomaterials,

testing of laboratory photovoltaic cells and modules and long-term measurements of photovoltaic systems under natural conditions.
